“Local View Power” is a video challenge held by Macau Cultural Centre (CCM).  To keep on giving impetus to the local film-making, moving forward with our artists, broadening the support to local production covering Documentaries, Short features and Animation.

corner of Macao. One day, a car accident

makes his skateboard disappear into a tunnel

only to emerge in the peaceful and relaxing old

Macao. This skateboard takes the audience

through a time.
